The Garden of Earthly Delights, a SXSW activation, kicked off the end of days with an out of this world celebration of Amazon Prime's Good Omens - a series based on Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett's 1990 novel Good Omens: The Nice and Accurate Prophecies of Agnes Nutter, Witch (1) Bosch Research and Conservation Project, collaborative effort and with many participating museums, an international, interdisciplinary group of scholars and scientists. (2) Documentary of The Garden of Earthly Delights.. An interactive web viewer allows zooming into the painting in close detail and offers explanations for all the enigmatic features of this masterpiece (Though the Prado in Madrid was not willing to part with the most famous work - The Garden of Earthly Delights (links to interactive tour!)). I was sooooo disappointed! To help sate my new-found obsession with Bosch, Steve got me a GIANT (11 pounds) book of his complete works for my birthday - so when I learn more I will certainly share.
